Seems like another iPad is on its way to the technlogical market, as the Apple iPad Pro 2 gets leaked before its expected release date.
According to Apple Insider, photos of the latest iPad Pro 2 have been released by an employee in Apple's supply network in China. These images show the much-awaited second generation of the iPad Pro, a product line created for the target market of professionals and businesses.
According to the post, iPad Pro 2 will undergo production this September 2016, which means that the tech giant might announce the gadget sometime in October or November of this year. If the reports are true, the tablet photographed is a testing unit used for pre-production.
The prototype gadget only has a storage space of 12GB to test out staple Apple products. Although updated official features are not yet available, it is likely that the new iPad Pro 2 will have the Apple A10X processor with a True Tone display technology, allowing the gadget to adjust the screen's color temperature to match the user's environment.
In addition, iPad Pro 2 will have the same quad-speaker and Apple Pencil featured in the previous iPad Pro, with additional advantage of being able to connect to a Smart keyboard.
Statistics suggest that this new model should come out sooner than later. Apple's iPad sales in the third quarter of 2016 reflect that their earnings have decreased due to the consumer's willingness to wait for the newest models of the iPad. According to CNET, the sales decrease may also be due to the fact that the iPhone line has become more popular amongst their target market.
However, because iPad Pro 2's goal is to present a gadget that has the ability to function as a laptop or desktop, the release of the newest model can boost up the sales of the iPad product line. With the last 12.9 inches iPad Pro released in November 2015, it is a safe bet that Apple will release the newest Pro this year, even if its product specs are still unconfirmed by the technology company.
