The WWE is home to non-wrestling fixtures and Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs is one of few celebrities tied up to the company. He contributes in a different kind of way, mostly outside the ring.
The American hip-hop recording artist will be a special guest on the Aug. 8 edition of Monday Night Raw when the show kicks off from the Honda Center in Anaheim, RollingStone.com reported.

It will be Combs first appearance since Wrestlemania 29. There is no official word on what “Puff Daddy” will actually be doing though it could be part of some cross-promotion where both Combs and the WWE can benefit from, Top Pro Press reported.
Other than that, many are left clueless on why “Puff Daddy” has been suddenly announced as appearing on Raw. The best way to find out is to tune in this Monday and see what gives.
“Puff Daddy” has a good history with the WWE. He was part of that cause of performing for soldiers at “Tribute to the Troops back in 2010” and appearing at Wrestlemania 29. Combs also partnered with the WWE to help encourage kids to fend off bullying which adds to the mix of possible things he could do this Monday.
It will be an interesting Aug. 8 episode of Monday Night Raw following the WWE brand split. The Aug. 1 episode saw the return of Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman that technically started the build-up for his match at SummerSlam 2016 happening on Aug. 21.
Aside from that, Roman Reigns may be in line to be the next US champion after being booted out of the Universal title race. The Big Dog made an appearance after Rusev took a shot at the International Olympic Committee which he says is rigged, WWE.com reported.
Also, there was a former star who returned in Jinder Mahal. He laid out Heath Slater and was later on announced by Raw general manager Mick Foley as the newest addition to the roster.
Combs could have a minor role, potentially nothing more than a plug next Monday. Just the same, it would be best to wait and see.
