MacBook Pro 2016 release is allegedly set in November prompted by iPad Pro 2 launch, according to reports.
Apple has not confirmed the official release date of the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 and people have been waiting with pins and needles for the launch of the new laptop. Previous rumors claimed that MacBook Pro 2016 will be announced in September alongside the new iPhone.
However, some experts claimed that the laptop will be rolled out at a later date, most probably in November. This is probably due to the rumored release of iPad Pro 2. Apple will launch the second generation of iPad Pro in September or October - in line with its release last year.
The new MacBook was delayed to make way of the tablet and to prevent in from cannibalizing the sales. In line with the alleged release date next year, MacBook Pro 2016 may give way to the rumored iPad Pro 2 as the upcoming laptop may steal the spotlight from the hybrid tablet. The tablet may appear inferior side-by-side the laptop.
Other reasons of the delayed release date cited experts are the inclusion of various high end features in the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016. One of the features bound to land in the new MacBook Pro 2016 is an OLED touch bar. However, the development of such feature may take a while than expected.
Similar to OLED touch bar, MacBook Pro 2016 is rumored to pack Intel's Kaby Lake processor. Intel just released the Kaby Lake processor and it may take some time for Apple to procure the chips and to include them in the device.
There is no official confirmation from Apple regarding the specs and features of the upcoming laptop. Moreover, Apple has not announced the official MacBook Pro 2016 release date. Thus, consumers can only sit back and wait.
