"Make It or Break It" fans recently reunited to respond to fan questions and give insights regarding their favorite onscreen couple on Facebook (via TV Line).
Four years after Freeform (then ABC Family) axed the series, cast members Cassie Scerbo (Lauren), Ayla Kell (Payson), Amanda Leighton (Wendy), Johnny Pacar (Damon), Zachary Abel (Carter) and Neil Jackson (Sasha) dished on some of their most memorable episodes and scenes from the series.
According to Scerbo, it is a no-brainer that she wants her character Lauren to end up with Carter. In fact, the two characters were previously involved in a love triangle, and Lauren was always very competitive into trying to win the attention and affection of the man of her dreams.
"I wanted to win that love triangle for years! Sorry, Josie!" she said directed at her former "Make It or Break It" co-star Josie Loren.
Kell, on the other hand, didn't say that her favorite relationship was that of Payson and Rigo. Rather, she said that she was drawn to Payson and Sasha's relationship the most.
"It was tumultuous there for a little while, but she was broken for a while, and he helped fix her," she said.
One fan seconded Kell's statement by saying, "For me it was Sasha and Payson all the way!"
In the end, all of the cast members agreed that the most important bond to have ever been featured in the series was the bond that they had as friends and family.
"At the end of the day, they always had each other. They were sisters and family. The hardest part for me was knowing that I wasn't going to have this exact family anymore. I miss my fake room, I miss it all!" she said.
Meanwhile, there are some rumors that a "Make It or Break It" reunion will be possible in the next couple of years. Some fans believe that Netflix might be interested in picking it up, because the streaming network did the same thing for "Fuller House" and "Gilmore Girls."
Fans are also not happy with the fact that the network cancelled the show without much explanation. Some fans are saying that the series should've been cancelled after the gymnasts joined the Olympics.
"Make It or Break It" aired its final episode in 2012.
