"Cinderella and Four Knights" cast member Ahn Jae Hyun, who recently married actress Ku Hye Sun, has shared some of his apprehensions in filming certain romantic scenes for the upcoming tvN drama.
The newly married Korean actor was candid during the drama's fan event that was recently aired online through the Naver V app. When Ahn was asked to share some of his filming experiences including the things that bothered him during production, he made mention of "skinship" scenes, Soompi reported. The said scenes refer to situations where an actor and actress would need to display some form of physical contact as part of a romantic shot.
Ahn, who tied the knot with "Boys over Flowers" actress Ku in the early part of the year, appears to be worried that the "skinship" scenes may make his wife jealous. The actor's honest response was met with laughter from fans, as well as his co-stars. Cast member Jung Il Woo commented that he has also thought about Ahn's situation and how drama scenes may potentially affect a married couple's relationship.
However, Woo shared that he was envious of his co-star. He even expressed his wish to become a married man sometime in the future, as indicated in the same report. The actor also stated that he would like his future wife to be a person that he can easily communicate with.
Meanwhile, the upcoming tvN weekend drama will broadcast simultaneously across 63 countries, according to Yonhap News. Avid Korean drama fans in seven Asian countries that include China, as well as in 56 North and South American countries will be able to watch the soon-to-be released romantic comedy series. "Cinderella and Four Knights" will be aired online on the video streaming site Drama Fever for viewers based in North and South America such as the United States, Cuba and Brazil.
Negotiations are still ongoing to have the drama air in other countries. The new tvN series tell the story of college student Eun Ha Won, portrayed by Park So Dam, who accepts the offer of a mysterious old man to move into a house with three rich men and their bodyguard. Ahn will play one of the three billionaire men, along with Woo and Lee Jung Shin.
"Cinderella and Four Knights" has been set for release on Friday, Aug. 12 on tvN.
