Aside from winning a 2015 Oscars trophy, Eddie Redmayne and Julianne Moore have one thing in common; they both had a sex scene with Claire Danes' husband Hugh Dancy in the 2007 film "Savage Grace."

Back in 2007, the 2015 Academy Award Best Actor and Best Actress winners co-starred in "Savage Grace," in which they played mother and son who had an incestuous sex with the character played by Dancy.

Directed by Tom Kalin, "Savage Garden" was a film adaptation of a book written by Natalie Robins and Steven M.L. Aronson. Joining Redmayne, Moore and Dancy in the cast are Anne Reid, Martin Huber, Minnie Marx, Jim Arnold, Mapi Galan, Barney Clark, Belen Rueda and Melina Matthews among others.

Both Redmayne and Moore won the top acting award of the Academy Awards for playing a role with an illness, which are amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) for Redmayne's character in "Theory Of Everything" and Alzheimer's disease for Moore's character in "Still Alice."

Felicity Jones played the wife of Redmayne's character Stephen Hawking in "Theory Of Everything" while Alec Baldwin played the husband of Moore's character Alice Howland in "Still Alice."

Redmayne beat "American Sniper" actor Bradley Cooper, "The Imitation Game" actor Benedict Cumberbatch, "Foxcatcher" actor Steve Carell and "Birdman" actor Micahel Keaton while Moore won over Redmayne's co-star Jones, "Gone Girl" actress Rosamund Pike, "Wild" actress Reese Witherspoon and "Two Days, One Night" actress Marion Cotillard.

Prior to the 2015 Oscars, the Cambridge-based nonprofit ALS Therapy Development Institute ALS president and CEO Steve Perrin has expressed support for "The Theory Of Everything," Boston Business Journal reported.
