Song Ji Hyo and Lee Kwang Soo each landed on the opposite sides of a list that ranked the performance level of "Running Man" cast members for the month of July.
The list was unveiled by SBS announcer Kim Min Ah during the "Running Man" episode that aired on Sunday, Aug. 14, Soompi reported. In the said episode, the cast members were presented with an evaluation report that contained their number of winning moments, as well as name tag elimination percentages for the period covering the whole month of July.
Announcer Kim stated that Song won the most number of times among other "Running Man" cast members. The actress had a total of three wins during the five episodes that aired throughout July. On the other hand, Lee landed at the bottom part of the list.
The South Korean actor and TV personality, also known as "Giraffe" in the long-running SBS variety show, had zero wins during the said period. The revelation was met with laughter among the show's cast members as he looked on in disbelief over his performance ranking. Despite his zero win count, Lee had one of the highest success rates in removing name tags during July's elimination races.
He has also been identified as one of the cast members whose name tag was removed the most number of times in July, as indicated in the same report. Apart from the actor, Lee's usual co-conspirators in the show's betrayal group namely Haha and Ji Suk Jin were also included in the said list.
In other news, Song will soon make her return to the small screens in the upcoming JTBC drama titled "This Week, My Wife Will Have an Affair." A JTBC representative confirmed the casting news in early August, allkpop reported. The said "Running Man" cast member will play the female lead whose husband will discover her intentions to commit adultery.
The upcoming drama will also feature the Korean singer BoA, Ye Ji Won, as well as Lee Seon Kyun who will play the male lead role. "This Week, My Will Have an Affair" is expected to air in October on JTBC.
