The anticipation of many "Hunter X Hunter" fans into the series' new chapter release will now be sitting on the hands of probable new writers, while the Japanese manga creator and writer Yoshihiro Togashi is currently in hiatus. Because of this, the production team cannot release a fix date for resuming the next chapter of "Hunter X Hunter."
According to Movie News Guide, Togashi has taken a break due to chronic back pain. However, the long hiatus of the manga series occurred previously when the show removed from airing in 2015 prior to its 2013 start due to the creator's health problems. The series returned back almost after a break of two years.
Apparently, rumors are spreading that Togashi will just serve as a consultant to new writers that will complete the coming chapters. However, this idea is then thrown out by the production house, while considering how the new team could match the creative and artistic level of Togashi. Nevertheless, the team has decided to wait for the creator to get well and re-start writing "Hunter X Hunter" chapters.
According to Vine Report, during the most recent chapter, the red-eyed Kurapika was in the middle of an interrogation about the recent killings that went on inside the Black Whale. Moreover, he also revealed that the whole journey was all about the so-called succession war, in which, some of the guards said that they were aware of. The guards also mentioned that seven of them were supposed to keep the Woble family safe in the whole course of the journey.
Kurapika speculated that one of the guards contained a Nen beast which did come out after. As soon as he called in for reinforcements, the Nen beasts that once filled the room suddenly disappeared but one remained inside another guard named Sairid that killed the two other guards from which the Nen beasts came from. The possessed guard set his sights on Kurapika and began attacking him.
At present, there are still no recent updates about the "Hunter X Hunter" Chapter 361 release, as Shueisha representative told that the 50-year-old creator is unable to sit and write for a long time. Although there are reports earlier that the new chapter could be released early next year, fanatics can check the latest on the series in the Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine to clear out speculations.
