Jo In Sung recently gave a candid interview where he compared his friendship with "Running Man" cast member Lee Kwang Soo and "Descendants of the Sun" actor Song Joong Ki.
The Korean star made a guest appearance in "Park Sun Young's Cinetown," a radio program that airs on PowerFM, Soompi reported. One of the topics that the show's host discussed with Jo included his close bond with other Korean stars namely Lee and Song.
The "That Winter, The Wind Blows" star commented that among the two actors, he has grown closer to Song. He explained that he was able to bond quicker with the "Descendants of the Sun" star. Jo commented that if he were to compare the two, Song "gets" him better than Lee.
He also gushed over his close friend and described Song as a smart person. Jo even made mention of the "Battleship Island" star's rising popularity both in Korea and in other countries. On the other hand, the actor shared that Lee may be a kind person but the "Running Man" cast member "requires a lot of attention."
Avid fans would know how the three celebrities have been friends for several years already. The trio even went on a Thailand trip shortly after Song's military service discharge. Jo also recounted about the said trip during the interview and described it as a fun vacation, as indicated in the same report.
Apart from the Thailand trip, the three friends have been supported of each other in their respective projects. Jo even accompanied Song when he visited the "Running Man" cast and crew members prior to starting filming activities for "Descendants of the Sun." The two friends, along with actor Im Joo Hwan, made a surprise visit to Lee, as well as Song's former variety show cast members.
Meanwhile, another famous Korean celebrity that belongs to Jo's circle of friends would be Kim Woo Bin. The "Uncontrollably Fond" star has shared in an interview with Elle magazine that he would sometimes join Song, Lee and other actor friends at Jo's house to hang out, allkpop reported. He revealed how the "Hearts in Bali" star has a huge dining table that he stated has become their hang-out spot.
