Another naked photo of a supermarket shopper will surely become viral just more than a month after the image of a half-naked woman in IKEA China became a hit in the Asian giant.
Daily Mail reported on Wednesday that on Saturday, Aug. 13, a woman was spotted at a supermarket in Xinyang City, Henan Province, doing her grocery with a naked child. The woman was wearing a yellow dress and carrying a small plastic and a bag on her left hand, while holding her right hand is a two-year-old girl with no clothes but had sandals.
Shocked onlookers took photos of the mother and child and posted the images on Chinese social media, showing the pair going through different sections of the supermarket. The photos, posted in Weibo, covered the face and groin and behind of the child.
The thread about the naked child became viral on Weibo which was read over 12.7 million times.
Among the comments were that it is an example of child abuse, while another netizen said it is an insult to the child.
At Ha.people.com, among the comments were that the child does not look happy and there is probably a sale of children’s clothes upstairs which is why the little girl was naked. One reader commented that people should not take photos of people inside the mall where the supermarket is likely located.
