Surprise team Hull City AFC (2-0-0, 6 points) and powerhouse squad Manchester United FC (2-0-0, 6 points) will square off at the KCOM Stadium on Aug. 27, Saturday in 2016-2017 Premier League season Week 3 encounter.
The two teams are currently undefeated after two matchdays and will both try to keep their winning streaks as they clash this weekend.
Hull City, who only has 13 senior players and a caretaker manager in Mike Phelan at the moment, managed to stun Premier League fans after they nipped reigning champions Leicester City, 2-1, during their season-opener on Aug. 13 at their home stadium.
They followed it up with another tremendous display last Saturday at the Liberty Stadium with a 2-0 blanking of Swansea City, which reportedly will grant Phelan a permanent head coaching job with the Tigers moving forward, as per SkySports.
After a goalless first half of play, the undermanned Tigers began to find the pace in the second half as Scottish winger Shaun Maloney broke the deadlock late at the 79th off a corner kick by compatriot Robert Snodgrass.
The Tigers then doubled the lead in injury time with a side-footed finish from Uruguayan striker Abel Hernandez with the assist this time coming from Maloney.
Meanwhile, Manchester United continued to flex its muscle with a 2-0 victory over Southampton at the Old Trafford last Friday, Daily Mail Online reported.
Self-proclaimed "god of Manchester" Zlatan Ibrahimović scored a brace to lead manager Jose Mourinho's side to its second win in two games, remaining perfect in the newly-opened English top flight season.
The game also marked the debut of £89.3 million-man Paul Pogba, who was acquired by the Red Devils in a world record transfer deal from Juventus earlier in the month.
Ibrahimović netted the opener at the 36th with a powerful, pinpoint header off a corner by Wayne Rooney with Pogba acting as decoy.
Southampton's defense was no match for the threesome's attack as keeper Fraser Forster did not know where the shot came from.
The retired Sweden captain doubled his goal total for the match at the 52nd with a penalty kick, which increased his scoring total to three goals in two games for United so far in this term.
The predicted result is a 3-0 rout for Manchester United.
