Goku is mistaken for Black by the resistance fighters in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 56. The fighters launch their weapons at him and he looks shocked.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 56 recap
The episode starts with Goku, Trunks and Vegeta in the future. However, they are being attacked by the resistance force fighters. They mistake Son Goku for Black Goku.
Trunks tells the fighters that they are mistaking Goku for Black. They quickly recognize Trunks and apologize. Trunks goes on to explain that he has come with Son Goku and Vegeta to beat Black.
The fighters tell him that they know about the plan. Trunks is surprised as only Bulma and Mai, apart from himself, know the plan. The fighters reveal that Mai told them the plan after she survived the attack.
Trunks heads to the base along with Goku and Vegeta and meets Mai. They both were worried about each other as they thought they were dead. Mai reveals that after she escaped, she met the resistance fighters in their old base. However, it was attacked by Black Goku and they had to find a new place.
The people at the base are the only survivors and she feels guilty for not saving others.
In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 56, we see Trunks' fun side as he gets along with the kids by making funny faces.
Vegeta tosses a capsule containing food (courtesy Bulma) and the survivors are delighted to see the food. The survivors eat the food and, Goku sees someone familiar in the crowd. It is Yajirobe. He is not dead. Trunks believed that he died after Androids attacked him. However, he tells them that Karin saved by giving the Senzu. Karin has passed away but Yajirobe has the urge to fight.
Resistance fighters reveal that Yajirobe runs away from a fight and is only around when there is food.
Later, Vegeta announces that he will take on Black this time. But, Goku thinks that a game of rock-paper-scissor should decide, Vegeta still wins and goes on to challenge Black.
Trunks says that he wants to fight too, but Vegeta tells him to be with Mai. He tells Trunks that if things go south, they should head to the past.
The trio head out to challenge Black. Meanwhile, Black is admiring the ruins with no sign of human life. He announces that Utopia is close. A flash in the sky and he notices Goku, Trunks and Vegeta.
Vegeta transforms into Super Saiyan Blue mode but Black seems least interested.
The fight begins as Black unveils his Super Saiyan Rose form. He tells them that this new form is the result of completely owning Goku's powers.
Vegeta launches a series of attacks and tries to take down Black. However, Goku is feeling bad that someone who looks like him is getting beaten up.
Black admires Goku and says that he is at the pinnacle and Vegeta is bored of the talks. Black tells Vegeta that his turn is over and pierce a pink blade in his chest. Everyone is shocked as crashes down.
Apparently, Black manages to become stronger after fighting Vegeta. It is Goku's turn now as he powers up to Super Saiyan Blue.
As Black is ready to launch a Kamehameha, someone appears from the top and tells him to stop. It is Zamasu. He has arrived into the future. He tells Blacks that he should control himself and reminds him that Goku is his target and the episode ends.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 57 will showcase the battle as Zamasu is the spectator.
