Last week, animal welfare volunteers stripped naked a 20-year-old man in Shiling, Chengdu Province, when he was caught sexually abusing dogs and livestreaming the abuse.
It is the other way around for a Guangxi robber who first stripped off his clothes before he held up his victims. He removed his clothing to avoid recognition, nevertheless he was still caught near Lingfeng mountain in Hezhou, Guangxi Region after he attacked three women who were out by themselves at night.
After his apprehension, the suspect told police he strips naked so when women see him without clothing, they would avert their eyes and fail to recognize him properly. However, one of his female victims said she had seen him before, leading police to focus on the area.
When she saw him again after a few days, she notified authorities which led to his arrest. Since surveillance cameras caught his image, the victims identified the man from whom the police confiscated Cash and a mobile phone, reported South China Morning Post.
Meanwhile, CTV News reported of a naked thief in Toronto who steals tomatoes and hoses himself down in a Toronto backyard. He allegedly stole all the tomatoes from the backyard of a house near Indian Grove and Dundas Street West, in Toronto, Canada.
