Episode 475 of "Naruto Shippuden" is entitled "The Final Valley." In this episode, the battle between Naruto and Sasuke is expected to happen. As hinted by the episode preview, Sasuke will be using his Rinnegan to control and finally seal the nine-tailed beast of Naruto.
The nine-tailed beast, Kurama, will attempt to resist any command given by Sasuke. Although the preview for the episode introduces a serious environment between the two former comrades, some fans are speculating it would just be a friendly match between Naruto and Sasuke.
In a forum discussion at Quora, a fan posted a spoiler hinting that Sasuke plans to kill all the 5 kages and eventually seal Kurama. The protagonist turned antagonist revealed this is his plan to bring peace to the Shinobi world.
He also said that it was what Itachi was trying to do, maintaining the balance between the villages to stop killing each other. Sasuke said despite this, his brother was branded as criminal of the villages and a traitor to his country. He further said Itachi took all that hatred while trying to protect the country of fire and Konoha, concluding he was the true Hokage.
He further justified that his brother deserves the title because of he was someone who accepted the grudges and hatred of everyone, and not that person who won the hearts of people.
Sasuke continued saying he is the one to continue what his brother left. But what he plans to do appears to be a massive killing, a punishment for everyone who cast their hatred upon Itachi. He said the hatred in the darkness must die, and after he is done with he will be unifying all the villages.
