While rumors rage on about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie' divorce, latest reports indicate that the couple is working hard to avoid the divorce. The 52-year-old Pitt has left Los Angeles, where he and his family have been staying for the past few months.
Pitt reportedly traveled to Croatia at the end of last week to tour a proposed $1 billion dollar real estate development on the coast. Reaching Zadar Airport, the actor took a small boat cruise along a 50-mile stretch of the coastline near Biograd and Sibenik.
Pitt stayed overnight at the Dogusevom Hotel before visiting the St. James Cathedral. He later embarked on a tour around the project's site in Zablace.
Before leaving Los Angeles, Pitt and his wife, Jolie, reportedly celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary with a romantic gateway at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The couple often book hotel rooms for the night for some time away from their busy lives with their frantic careers and six children, according to US Weekly.
"It was just the two of them," a source told the publication of the couple's visit to the five-star resort. "They had dinner and spent the night, and that was it. They left the next day."
Amid rumors about Pitt and Jolie's alleged cozy anniversary, reports are rife with regard to possible trouble in paradise. Latest speculations have it that Jolie is desperate to save her marriage. It is reported that the couple is doing anything to avoid divorce as their passion evaporates.
On the contrary, Pitt and Jolie may not be desperate to save their marriage, nor is their relationship in need of "spark," according to Gossip Cop. For months now, the couple has been facing speculations of an impending divorce.
Most rumors claim that Pitt had involved himself in an inappropriate relationship with his "Allied" co-star, Marion Cotillard. It has also been reported that Pitt secretly communicated with his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.
A few months ago, a source informed In Touch Weekly that Jolie was enraged after discovering that her husband had contacted the "Friends" actress behind her back after the death of her mother, Nancy Dow. Pitt acted as though the rumor was no big deal.
