Dr. Yoo Hye-Jung's time on "Doctors" is over, but actress Park Shin-Hye, 26, has plenty of plans for her career after the SBS drama. The 20-episode drama, which also star Kim Rae-Won, wrapped up on Aug. 23.

Speaking before a group of local reporters on Sept. 5, Monday, the actress' agency, S.A.L.T Entertainment, revealed that the "Pinocchio" star has a hectic work schedule ahead. Park has been cast in the crime thriller film, "Silent Witness."

"She will begin preparing for her next work as soon as she finished a pre-scheduled photo shoot in Portland," Soompi quoted an official of S.A.L.T Entertainment as saying. "She will most likely reappear on the big screen for her next production."

"Silent Witness" follows an influential businessman's daughter (Lee Soo-Kyung) who gets ensnared in the murder case of her father's (Choi Min-Sik) fiancee. The daughter's defense lawyer (Park) gains in-depth understanding about the case through cross-examinations in court.

With an intended release in early 2017, filming is reportedly slated to begin later this month. More details about the film will be revealed soon.

Meanwhile, Park just revealed seven behind-the-scenes photos from the medical drama through S.A.L.T Entertainment. The photos show Yoo Hye-Jung's transformation from a troubled high school student to a compassionate doctor.

"Just like the way Yoo Hye Jung grew in the drama, it was a time for me to grow as well," Park said in a statement obtained by Naver TV. "Those four months were so precious, thankful, and happy; so I wanted to open my heart and show how much it hurts and how I don't want to say goodbye."

The drama, which aired on SBS from June 20 to Aug. 23, garnered more than 20 percent nationwide ratings. Other stars include Yoon Kyun-Sang, Lee Sung-Kyung, Ji Soo, Moon Ji-In, Eom Hyo-Seop, Jang Hyun-Sung, Baek Sung-Hyun and Kim Min-Suk.
