"Game of Thrones" season 7 is heating up while theories run as rampant as ever. In the upcoming season, the stakes are higher and everyone is willing to do everything to take their place on the Iron Throne. There's another theory, however, that supports Tyrion Lannister's claim to the throne.

Tyrion has always been the odd sibling compared to Jaime and Cersei, and he's often been the subject of ridicule and disdain even in House Lannister. Contrary to Jaime and Cersei, Tyrion was never quite as obsessed with power, and compared to the two, Tyrion was the more reasonable sibling.

"Game of Thrones" Season 6 showed fans a new side of Tyrion that they haven't seen yet. With Daenerys held up in Vaes Dothrak while Meereen was attacked by insurgents, Tyrion took it upon his self to save the city. To do that he found a solid solution: Daenery's dragons, Viserion and Rhaegal.

He went down to the dungeons to talk to them and gain their trust. Surprisingly, Tyrion didn't get eaten alive. He earned their trust after a bit of chat about how he'd always wanted his own dragon as a young kid. This scene bolsters the theory that Tyrion is actually the son of the Mad King Aerys Targaryen, whom many "Game of Thrones" theorists believe impregnated Joanna Lannister.

Meanwhile, Tyrion's current ally, Daenerys, is also facing problems of her own. Fans are speculating that there's going to be a major clash between her and Cersei in "Game of Thrones" Season 7, and Cersei might have solidified a new alliance to strengthen her campaign.

Watchers on the Wall reported that Alfie Allen, Gemma Whelan and Pilou Asbæk were spotted filming in Belfast. It should be recalled that Theon and Yara Greyjoy narrowly escaped execution in the hands of their Uncle Euron, after which they vowed allegiance to Daenerys.

It is reported that the Greyjoys have filmed a scene where Yara and Theon are in a battle at sea and that the Euron might capture one of them. This coincides with another theory suggesting a Cersei-Euron team up. If ever one of the Greyjoy siblings is held captive, it wouldn't look pretty for Daenerys.

Meanwhile, "Game of Thrones" scored nine awards in the recently held Emmy Awards, Vanity Fair reported. This puts the show's total number of Emmy wins at 35. More specifically, the "Battle of the Bastards" episode took home four awards for visual effects, sound mixing, editing and makeup.
