Lenovo Z2 Plus (also known as ZUK Z2 in China) is now available on Amazon India through a contest. Lenovo Z2 Plus is a successor model of ZUK Z1 that was released in May this year.

Lenovo Z2 Plus measures 141.7 x 68.9 x 8.5 mm having the weight of 149 grams. It will be available in two color variants such as Titanium Black and Ceramic White.
Its body is made out of material that is more durable and lightweight than a metal. It also features internal heat conduction technology of Lenovo Z2 Plus prevents it from overheating.
It has a 5-inch LTPS IPS LCD display that offers a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, and pixel density of 441 ppi. It has a 2.5D curved fiberglass frame on its front and back. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset containing two types of Kryo cores working at 2.15 GHz and 1.6 GHz, respectively.
It will be available in two variants of in-house storage capacity, 32 GB / 64 GB with 3 GB / 4 GB RAM respectively. Both the variants will carry dual-SIM support. It does not feature a microSD expansion slot.
Lenovo Z2 Plus runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS paired with ZUI 2.0. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 4K video recording support. It has an 8-megapixel front camera with HD video recording.
It has a multifunctional home key that not only works as a fingerprint sensor but also has multiple functions. Users can tap on it to go back, press it for home or can swipe from side to side to cycle between open apps. In additionally home key can be customized through U- Touch option under the settings.
Lenovo Z2 Plus is packed with 3,500 mAh battery with 3.0 quick charge support that charges the battery up to 83 percent in 30 minutes. Other features include 4G LTE support and USB Type-C.
Lenovo Z2 Plus (ZUK 2) is available in China at the price of 1,799 Yuan ($270) approximately for 3 GB RAM / 32 GB storage variant and 1,900 Yuan ($300) approximately for 4 GB RAM / 64 GB storage variant.
Hence, both variants are expected to be available in India for Rs. 18,000 and Rs 20,000, respectively. The pricing suggests that it is the cheapest smartphone powered with Snapdragon 820 chipset in India. It is exclusively available on Amazon India.
Amazon India Lenovo Z2 Plus Contest
The contest that started at 12 PM IST ends at 8 PM IST. The contest is only available for Android app users. Users need to sign-in and collect 10 Lenovo fact cards that will show up on the product detail pages of various products during contest period. The position of the fact cards will be shuffled automatically. Each fact card contains points ranging from 50 to 1000.
Customers are allowed to select not more than 80 fact cards. It means a contestant can earn a max of 18,800 points. The top 10 percent point earners will enter lucky draw and winners will be chosen and informed through email that will contain a question. If answered correctly, Lenovo Z2 Plus will be awarded to the winner.
