In the previous episode, Alex was arrested for assaulting DeLuca. Not only does he face the chances of getting jail time as a punishment but also fears losing his licence to practice medicine. Meanwhile, Meredith and Riggs try to hide their burgeoning romance from Maggie. However, they failed to do so. Maggie found out and she confronted Meredith.
Moving on to "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 2. The network has released a synopsis for "Catastrophe and the Cure" on its official website. According to the website, Alex comes face to face with the consequences of his actions. He learns what could be the outcome of his outrage.
Meanwhile, Meredith has some difficult decisions to make. Here loyalties are put to test. A promo video for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 2 the first hearing as Alex faces the judge. Fans must brace themselves for some courtroom drama. The promo shows Bailey warning Alex of what could happen if he was convicted as a felony. More photos as published on Wetpaint suggests that Meredith and Jo will be at the proceedings. Also, Jo will take a stand. However, it remains to be seen whether it will be for or against Alex.
In addition, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 2 will see Owen and Amelia host a dinner party for their friends including some "unlikely guests." Who these guests are remains to be seen. Meanwhile, Jackson comes up with an arrangement to help April deal with her condition and recover.
