Thursday's back-to-back episode (476 and 477) of Naruto Shippuden just gave its fans one of the most epic anime battles in recent memory, with the two protagonists pouring on everything they've got in a showdown that shaped the course of history in Naruto Universe.
Next week, Naruto Shippuden is expected to unveil the conclusion of that battle along with the aftermath of the 4th Great Shinobi war.
Titled as 'Wakai no In' - the Unity Sign, it will serve as the 478th episode of Naruto Shippuden and 698th all in all, including the original Naruto series.
The source material for the upcoming episode will be chapter 699 "the Seal of Reconciliation" of the Naruto Shippuden manga series.
