The latest details for "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" will feature a new save data bonuses, blacksmith and skill tree upgrades, and two new playable characters.
Bandai Namco Entertainment streamed a new game trailer for "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization", which features two new playable characters joining Kirito, Asuna and the others in the MMORPG, "Sword Art: Origin".
These characters are Yuuki from the "Mother's Rosario" arc and Kizmel from the "Sword Art Online: Progressive" ligh novels, Siliconera reported. Yuuki is one the strongest swords women in ALfheim Online and has defeated Kirito in an open challenge duel, while Kizmel is an NPC Pagoda Knight, who helped Kirito and Asuna during the Elf War quest in the "Progressive" novels.
Aside from the two characters, the trailer also highlights the blacksmiths, who will upgrade the character gears of the players. Each Blacksmith has different forge skills and will help players to strengthen all their kind of equipment. To do so, players will have to provide materials and fees to the Blacksmith. Also, different levels of improvement are available: the higher is the level, the harder will be the improvement.
There is also a skill tree which allows gamers to upgrade the character's special abilities and magical spells each time they level-up.
