'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 2 will make a return on March 3, 2015 with highly anticipated Episode 11. The upcoming segment is titled "Aftershocks" and revolves around the aftermath of the combat with HYDRA during the search for alien city and its secrets.
The official synopsis for the episode 11 of 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 2 states that after the discovery of ancient city, Phil Coulson and his team has new challenges to overcome. "New threats to the world have arisen, including Skye's father, Cal (Kyle McLachlan), who now seeks retribution against Coulson for stealing his revenge against Whitehall," reads the synopsis on ABC's official website.
Meanwhile, fans can expect to see Ward and Agent 33 join forces. Vindictive Raina wants revenge as she struggles "with her transformation into something inhuman." As for Skye, she has new powers. However, she lacks mastery and fights to control them and keep her loved ones unharmed.
Bobbi and Mack move ahead with their secret mission. Their secret plan is going to become another challenge for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Further, the episode will delve deeper into Hunter's storyline who has to make the "biggest choice of his life" posing threat to Coulson's mission.
"Aftershocks" will also focus on how Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. "deal with the consequences of their war with Hydra." At the same time, some "shocking revelations" threatens the integrity of the team. Meanwhile, HYDRA sets a plan in motion that involves a "traitor in S.H.I.E.L.D."
The network has released trailer (as published on YouTube.com by IGN) teasing the events of the upcoming episode.
