Catelynn Lowell's husband, Tyler Baltierra, isn't always best with his delivery, but when it comes to the latest episode of MTV's "Teen Mom OG," the reality star appears to have gone a bit too far with a comment about his wife's weight. What is she saying on Twitter?
Although Lowell has yet to address her husband's recent comments about her size on the show, she has spoken out about the ongoing backlash she's received since the new season began airing weeks ago.
"You know, people will always hate on people no matter what. Let's just say my past is my past and my future is brighter than ever before," Lowell tweeted on October 3. In response, Baltierra wrote, "Me & you against the world babe! It's nothing we aren't used to by now. I love you honey!"
Lowell and Baltierra have been together since fans met them on MTV's "16 & Pregnant" in 2009. At that point, the couple was seen welcoming their first child together, daughter Carly, who was adopted by a couple named Brandon and Teresa. In January 2015, Lowell and Baltierra welcomed a second child, daughter Novalee Reign, and this time around, they were stable enough to keep her and raise her as their own. Months later, in August of last year, Lowell and Baltierra were married.
While Lowell and Baltierra have long been fan favorites on the show, the sixth season has seen them in a much different light and during Monday's episode, fans took aim at Baltierra online after hearing what he had to say about Lowell's weight on the show. As Radar Online revealed on October 4, fans have slammed Baltierra for his treatment of his wife, who had only returned from rehab (where she was seeking treatment for anxiety and depression) days prior.
According to the report, the backlash Baltierra received was due to his comment about Lowell indulging as she ate Chinese food on the serires.
