Avid fans of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will have a special treat to celebrate the release of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" PS4 beta. The game developer announced that players would get two Double XP and Double Weapon XP sessions in the coming weeks.
The first session will commence on Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. PT and end on Oct. 20 at 10 a.m. PT. The second session is set to be even better since it will be a whole week of Double XP and Double Weapon XP, starting from Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. PT to Oct. 31 at 10 a.m. PT.
Activision already began rolling out codes for the game and other goodies. As a result, players have enough time to start downloading the 19.7 GB on their PS4 ahead of the full beta release. Those who attended Call of Duty XP are entitled to play "Infinite Warfare" beta and should have gotten a code in their emails.
In the same way, players who preordered "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" at a retailer should redeem the code given during the preorder on callofduty.com/bête to gain access. After redeeming, players will receive six beta codes - one for to be used and the other five to share with friends who want to try out the game.
"Suit up in the Warfighter, Merc, and Synaptic Combat Rigs, each with their own unique Payloads and Traits," Daily Star quoted a statement from Activision. "Field-test a fresh new arsenal of weapons and equipment as you level up."
The game developer added that players would have a chance to fight through new and classic Multiplayer game modes. It is important for them to put their skills to the test in the new Mission Teams that reward them for completing challenges issues by the unique commander of each team.
"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" beta will include three maps, three modes, and three of the six new combat Rugs, according to the same publication. The maps will include Frontier, Frost, and Throwback. On the other hand, the modes will include Team Deathmatch, Defender, and Kill Confirmed Dominion.
Both Xbox One and PS4 gamers will play the game when the second "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" beta commences this month. Unfortunately, the game will not come to PC and it seems there are no plans to do so in future. Here is footage for details on "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare":
