Swansea is on a four-game losing streak as the team has been winless since their season-opening win over Burnley in August. With their current downward spiral, the team has landed at the bottom three relegation area with only 4 points after eight rounds of competitions.

The Swans were nipped by Arsenal in a disappointing 2-3 game on the road at the Emirates Stadium last Saturday to continue their losing run, the Evening Standard reported.

New head coach Bob Bradley's side conceded two goals early to get down 0-2 as Gunners striker Theo Walcott scored in the 26th and 33rd minutes.

Gylfi Sigurdsson managed to trim the gap five minutes later to help the visitors cut the lead to 1-2 at the halftime interval.

However, Arsenal opened the scoring in the second half with a goal from Mesut Özil in the 57th before Borja Baston trimmed the lead once more in the 66th with a close-range strike.

Gunners midfielder Granit Xhaka was then sent off in the 70th with a straight red card after a strong tackle on Modou Barrow. Swansea failed to take advantage of the 10-man Arsenal side, though, as they were unable to score in the last 20 minutes of the game.

Meanwhile, Watford nipped Middlesbrough, 1-0, at the Riverside Stadium on Sunday for their second consecutive unbeaten game, as per Fox Sports.

Greek defender Jose Holebas scored the winner for head coach Walter Mazzarri's squad in the 54th, converting the Hornets' first chance on goal during the match.

With the win, Watford climbed to 10th place in the overall standings, a comfortable five points away from the bottom three relegation zone.
