The latest details for "Watch Dogs 2" will feature a possible PlayStation 4 Pro support, new Zodiac Killer missions and a new unlockable outfit.
Ubisoft streamed a new game trailer for "Watch Dogs 2" which features Marcus Holloway tracking down an infamous killer known only as the Zodiac Killer. The pre-order mission will be available in the "San Francisco" pack of the game along with a prize of a new unlockable outfit.
In the Zodiac Killer missions, Marcus is taunted by the Zodiac Killer or at least someone pretending to be him as he leaves Marcus a series of objectives that players must complete in an attempt to solve the decades-old mystery and reveal the Zodiac Killer’s identity once and for all.
When the Zodiac Killer is found, players will be rewarded with a new outfit which comprise of a bright orange jacket and pants, with a t-shirt that reads, “I Saw the Zodiac Killer.”
The "Zodiac Killer" missions was based on the real world crimes committed by the actual Zodiac Killer as it capitalizes on the game’s San Francisco setting, drawing on one of the most significant real world events tied to it to create a compelling subplot for "Watch Dogs 2", Gamerant reported.
In other news, it seems that "Watch Dogs 2" might be getting a PlayStation 4 support after all as it was previously reported Ubisoft's representative Jonathan Morin stated that that they are currently focused on the PS4, Xbox One and PC launch of the sequel.
Morin added that they have nothing to announce regarding a PS4 Pro support, and if they had they will have to looked into the specs and needed requirements for "Watch Dogs 2" to work on the console.
However, new details indicated that "Watch Dogs 2" is one of the 13 video game titles due to support for PS4 Pro and are going to use checkerboard rendering, which include "Mass Effect: Andromeda", "Infamous: First Light" and "Killing Floor 2". The PC version will have support for full 4K resolutions and additional visual options such as Ultra Textures and Extra Details. Other community requested options include the ability to uncap the frame rate. The extra two weeks will give Ubisoft added time to ensure that all these features will be better optimized and polished to meet not only the developers standards, but gaming fans as well.

As for gamepad support, players can switch between keyboard and mouse and controller at any point.
