Nippon Ichi Software has revealed the Japanese launch date of "The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2" and a teaser trailer. The game company has also revealed the different special bundles that are available for purchase.
According to the official website of the video game, it will be launched on Feb. 23, 2017 for the PlayStation 4 only. The standard edition will cost almost $60 in Japan. The game company has also released a new teaser trailer video, which can be viewed below.
The game company revealed the different special bundles the Japanese gamers could purchase from the official store. A first-print limited edition is available for purchase, and it will cost $98 in Japan.
The first-print edition will include a Cerca Niitengo figure, which is one of the protagonists of "The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2." It will have an art book that has a B6-size, and 44 pages of art and sketches from the artists of the video game. It will also have the original soundtrack of the video game, which was composed by Tenpei Sato.
The special edition will have a downloadable content that contains Cerca's Sword and Convenient Accessory set. It will also have a specially drawn exclusive box for the edition.
According to the official website of the Nippon Ichi Software Web Shop, it will sell its own special bundles for fans to purchase. The Nippon Shop premium set will include the first-print limited edition, the Hundred Knight plushie, a specially drawn tapestry with a size of A2, and a tin badge set that contains three badges of 44 mm. size. This set will cost $150 in Japan.
The Hundred Knight plushie standard edition set will cost $103 in Japan. The set will contain the standard copy of the video game, and a Hundred Knight plushie.
The Hundred Knight plushie first-print Limited Edition set will cost $131 in Japan. This version will have the first-print limited edition of the video game and the Hundred Knight plushie.
Different shops in Japan will get specific bonuses for players to avail when they purchase from them. These bonuses are in-game weaponry, PlayStation 4 themes, sketches from the game, and many more. It was also confirmed that "The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2" will support the PlayStation 4 Pro with enhanced graphics and 60 frames per second.
