According to the press release episode 13X07, a new consultant arrives and creates quite a stir in the hospital. She makes not one but all of the doctors nervous. Things begin to change as she starts to make her presence felt in the OR.

All is not well for the newlyweds. Amelia and Owen's relationship hits a snag. The two struggle to deal with marital issues. Their personal problems hinder their professional lives when they begin to talk about their personal issues in the hospital.

Elsewhere, the new mom springs into action. April gets the opportunity to explore some uncharted territory. Details about her new venture remain unknown. Recently, she has been seen struggling to main work-life balance as she tries to adapt to her life of a parent.
