Just recently, Nicki MInaj was interviewed by Vogue on her third album "The Pinkprint."
In the interview, she explained that gone were the days when even young girls aged 7 can sing along to her tune. Her album conveys much of her tragic experiences, when she was a teenage mom-to-be, and how she aborted her baby. There were songs too that dealt with her use of painkillers, and all the loneliness she felt when she lost her cousin Nicholas.
Minaj stated that she truly wants young women to be liberated from the stereotypes. She wants to let every lady who will listen to her songs to stand up for their rights and fight for equality.
On the juicier side of the female rapper's life, it seems that Celebuzz has all the lovely details on the budding romance between Minaj and fellow rapper Meek Mill. Apparently, it was Minaj's former beau who introduced the two, and when everything went sour, the two were spotted dating weeks after their bitter break-up.
Mill was too proud to show off pictures of him and Minaj, one was sweetly quoted as "King of Spades, Queen of Hearts". The photo went viral after it was shared online. There were also reports of a viral video when the two were performing on stage together - since Mill uttered the words, "I love you" while they were making good music together.
What a sweet gesture from Mill. How about Minaj? Well, she shared photos of them partying too, on a weekend. She also showed off a picture of them holding hands. She was also quoted saying, "yeah we hang out, and whenever we do, we have fun together." So Minaj's 11 year relationship with Safaree Samuels has been forgotten that fast!
But whatever it was between Minaj and Samuels, at least the future looks promising for Mill and Minaj...
