Bobby Brown has slammed the news that his relatives are planning a reality show as his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, lies in coma. An official statement released by Bobby' s lawyer debunked the rumour that his relatives are planning to cash in the critical moment by filming a reality TV show.
"Yet again, TMZ has chosen to engage in false news reporting," said Christopher of Brown & Rosen LLC. on behalf of his client in an official statement ,E!News reported. " There is no Brown family reality show that is in production which chronicles Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina or the medical emergency she presently faces at Emory Hospital."
The 21-year-old Kristina is lying in the Atlanta Hospital in a medically induced coma after being discovered unresponsive in a bathtub of her home on Jan 31. The only child of late singer Whitney Houston is fighting for her life for the past few weeks as there is no significant improvement in her health.
The news of an upcoming reality show was published by TMZ, claiming it to be based on an unidentified source. "These reports are irresponsible and Warner Brothers, as the owner of TMZ, should be ashamed to publish such nonsense, particularly one day before Bobbi Kristina's birthday," Christopher said in the same statement. "The fact that TMZ/Warner Brothers has decided to inject negativity into their lives at this critical time is plain insanity."
At several times in the past, Bobby's lawyer and his team members had issued statements debunking various rumours and false reporting regarding the health of Kristina, USA Today reported. While most of the relatives has maintained silence on the issue, Nick Gordon, Kristina's husband, has gone on a twitter rant lately.
"I am the new edition to Bobby saving women you hurt," wrote Gordon in a tweet. "Only 25 and dealing with all this thanks to you."
