The latest details for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will feature the launch date of the game's first patch and changes in the DLC support plans.
Bandai Namco announced the first patch update for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" on Nov. 1 this week as the patch 1.01 will fix several issues within the sequel.
These changes include important improvement in the Loading Times in the game, balance adjustments for Male Majin and the Awaken Power form of Namekians, reduction of lag during online [lay, change of the default condition settings when looking for an opponent in Quick Matches and other small in-game adjustments.
The patch also fixes a number of problems in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" in the Steam data base such as Black Goku and Future Trunks pre-order bonuses missing in the game. controller issues, "Despair Expert Mission" Giant Ki attack glitch, crash/launch issues, and English voice over glitches.The patch will be available for the PC and Xbox One versions, while the PS4 version will be updated in a later release, Saiyan Island reported.
In other news, Bandai Namco announced some changes in their DLC plans for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" as the Steam listings for the game DLC has been changed since the sequel's launch.
Reddit username Mkilbride has posted a screenshot regarding "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's" Steam listing and seen on the photo, the change removes the previous free content that Bandai Namco has originally promised. In addition, the studio is now offering six months of support instead of the former year, Gamerant reported.
These changes for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" might not please gaming fans probably since they were not informed a bit earlier. Currently, there's no official statement coming from Bandai Namco regarding the current issue, but as it stands the company and Dimps have already broke their promise to the gaming fans and are hoping to come up with a solution soon.
The "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" sequel will feature a new larger city called Toki Toki city as new Time Patrollers are selected to protect the "Dragon Ball" universe from a new major threat. Gamers can choose five races such as Humans, Saiyans, Namekians, Majins and Frieza race.
Players will meet and fight classic "Dragon Ball" characters like Son Goku, Vegeta, Future Son Gohan, Frieza, Cooler, Lord Slug, Bardock and many more.
"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is now available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
