New details for "Street Fighter 5" will feature eight DLC characters next year and C. Viper added to the game's roster soon.
It seems that Capcom will be releasing a new batch of DLC characters in "Street Fighter 5" next year as six characters are already been hinted to join the roster. These characters include Abel, Q, Sagat, Rose, Sodom and Oro.
However, there are rumors that a new character will be introduced by Capcom on December as Reddit username SUPERVERITECH pointed out that particular person was spotted at a movie billboard in London named "Secret Delta".
The character's name Eisbahn, which means "ice rink" in German and he is wearing a hoodie and appears to have ice powers. Eisbahn's appearance in the billboard is not only a means to promote the movie but it is possible that it was a tease for the new DLC characters coming to "Street Fighter 5", EventHubs reported.
Aside from Eisbahn, there is also the possibility that "Street Fighter 4's" female spy C. Viper will also be added to the roster of "Street Fighter" as Capcom pointed out that the use of a new character in the game is necessary, which means C. Viper will play a significant role.
As a matter of fact, C.Viper has been seen in three stories, where she appears to be sneaky, matching perfectly her secret agent persona. C. Viper is also reported to have appeared in Urien, M. Bison and Juri's stories.
C. Viper is believed to have an employer that seems to be looking at the Shadaloo probe. Moreover, their interest has also appeared to extend to the mysterious Illuminati, which Urien plays a part. Taking into consideration, C. Viper's employer appears to have an interest regarding the investigations to Shadaloo, iTech Post reported.
Other reported characters that fans want to see in "Street Fighter 5" include E. Honda, Blanka, El Fuerte, Hakan, Dudley, Dee Jay, Fei Long, Blanka and Akuma.
In addition, new game modes are coming in future updates of "Street Fighter 5" as NeoFighters username LeonX posted several images that looks like a prototype for "Arcade Mode" along with new daily challenges.
These new daily challenges in "Street Fighter 5" will contain various timed missions such as within story and survival modes. Gamers can also choose to join a battle lounge mission where they can earn rewards. Match challenges and fight requests are also available under varying difficulty modes.
"Street Fighter 5" is currently available for the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms.
