Actor James Franco joined the growing list of American celebrities who went naked or willing to strip their clothes to get more votes for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in the upcoming Nov. 8 presidential election in the U.S.
The list includes Madonna, Katy Perry and Mark Ruffalo. On Tuesday, Franco posted on Instagram a 30-second video clip that features scenes of Clinton over the year. The actor, the voiceover, explained why American should vote for her as the next president, Daily Mail reported.
Towards the end of the video, the last 10 seconds showed the 38-year-old former “Freaks and Geeks” actor just fresh out of shower with just a white towel with Clinton’s campaign logo on it, daring viewers to vote wisely. There is also a Clinton poster on the background.
The video is a spoof of the famous Dos Equis “Most Interesting Man in the World” ad in which Franco explains why he believes Clinton is the most interesting woman in the world, People reported. It is part of the #MostInterestingWoman Campaign in Support of Hillary Clinton done in partnership with EMILY’S List, Priorities USA and Schlep Labs.
It is Franco’s second endorsement of Clinton after he also posted a similar video last week that showed old photos and videos of the former Secretary of State and First Lady. The actor said, “The smartest guy in the room is always hers.”
