Former MBLAQ member Lee Joon a.k.a. Lee Chang-Seon has opened up about the difficulties he faces in front of the camera when filming intimate scenes. In a recent interview, the actor talked about shooting kissing scenes with his co-stars.
Lee is currently starring in the MBC drama "Woman With A Suitcase" alongside actress Choi Ji Woo and Joo Jin Mo and was required to film a lip-lock scene with Choi. "Kiss scenes are hard no matter who you are filming with," All KPop quoted the actor as saying when asked about the kissing scene. "I mean, you have to kiss someone who is not really your lover."
Lee, 28, further noted that he puts in a lot of effort to finish up the intimate scene as soon as possible but has to take into consideration his partner's feelings as well. The actor recalled the time he shot a similar scene with Go Ah Sung for "Heard It Through the Grapevine" and said that he learned that it is an extremely sensitive job and requires consideration for one another.
"You have to do well on the first try," he continued. "If you make a mistake, then it seems like you have other personal intentions and going on the second take makes it awkward."
The actor recently spoke about how he handles negative criticism after receiving malicious comments over his performance in the film, "Lucky." The Hallyu star pointed out that he uses the negative feedback from fans to improve himself as an actor, according to Korea Portal. However, he said he could not learn from the criticism received for "Lucky," because the film did so well at the box office that it was difficult for the actor to go through all the reviews.
