While HBO has not confirmed any official release date for season 7 of "Game of Thrones," several followers have theorized the most possible date would be June 25, 2017. The predictions came in after the entertainment company previously announced the Emmy-winning TV series will be returning by summer of 2017. Meanwhile, fans are providing spoilers that majority of key players will be gathering at a common location that will serve as the biggest clash to ever happen in the show's history.
Since the internet has been full of "Game of Thrones" spoilers, where some provided leaked pictures from different shooting locations, the season finale of the 7th installment was not also spared. According to reports, followers spotted a handful of major characters meeting up in a single location.
The Italica Ruins near Seville, Spain will serve as the Dragonpit, a location perched atop the hills of King's Landing as described in the "Song of Ice and Fire." Daenerys will most likely appear at this setting, but according to rumors, she will not be alone.
Fans have sighted that aside from The Mother of Dragons, several, or almost all the key players will be gathering at the said location. The famous Clegane-Bowl theory is also set to happen according to these speculations.
"Game of Thrones" source Watchers on the Wall said that the scene believed to be a filming site will include the following characters: Cersei Lannister, Jaime Lannister, Euron Greyjoy, Daenerys, Ser Gregor Clegane, Tyrion Lannister, Bronn, Qyburn, Ser Jorah Mormont, Theon, Jon Snow, Varys, The Hound, Brienne and Davos.
As for its rumored June 25, 2017 release date, US Blasting News said the date is quite a good hypothesis. Since HBO announced the series will air in summer of 2017, and June 25 is the first Sunday of summer, the release date may likely fall at this time. The report also noted it is unlikely that "Game of Thrones" will be returning in the second half of July, so June 25 is highly probable.
