Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle, an American-born actress, was seen walking down the Kensington High Street to do some shopping and returned to Kensington Palace home, Nottingham Cottage early this week. Markle is believed to be staying with her boyfriend Prince Harry.
Markle's sighting came a few days after Prince Harry confessed his love for the actress, and defended her against certain media attacks. It is no doubt that Prince Harry's girlfriend stay with the prince in the Royal palace is a clear sign that their romance is indeed on a serious level, according to Daily Mail.
The divorcee took a time off from "Suits," her regular TV series in the United States. She informed her producers that she needed to do something very important.
Furthermore, Prince Harry's girlfriend sighting at the palace seemed not just a mere visit. There are speculations that she is seeing her lawyers after the prince made an unusual statement about shielding her from the media spotlight.
"Prince Harry is worried about Ms Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her," MIRROR quoted the statement from Kensington Palace.
"He knows commentators will say this is 'the price she has to pay' and that 'this is all part of the game'. He strongly disagrees. This is not a game... it is her life and his."
Markle's visit at the palace seems just right for her to meet the entire Royal family. Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are Prince Harry's neighbor, while Prince Charles and Princess Camilla will be back this weekend in London. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip will be there too, so Markle's visit seems it was planned for her to be introduced to the Royal family.
Some sources added that the way Prince Harry's girlfriend was walking through the Kensington High Street, she seemed familiar with the place. There is a possibility that it is not the first time for her to stay at the palace.
Prince Harry and his girlfriend reportedly started dating four months ago. The couple has been seen wearing a matching beaded bracelet since then. Over the summer, Markle had been sharing photos of her in the United Kingdom, which may indicate that she had visited Prince Harry a couple of times before.
