Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Second Plate
"Food Wars: Shokugeki No Soma" Season 3 will air in 2017 with 13 episodes, but something big is happening in Totsuki Academy.
It is unknown how many episodes that the Season 3 will have, but it is rumored that the third season will have around 12 episodes. This is mainly because the anime caught up with the manga. No official air date has been announced yet.
Rumor has it that a new headmaster will come in Totsuki to replace Nakiri Erina's grandfather. His successor will be Erina's father. However, the new headmaster has a different view in running the academy. He wants to dissolve all research societies thinking that it is a waste of funds. With this, Erina will go against his father and will move to Polar Star Dormitory where Yukihira Soma lives.
Yukihira, on the other hand, plans to accept every shokugeki challenge in order to develop his specialty dish and to practice what he learned from his training. He will reportedly hone his skills and come up with his own cooking style by participating in shokugekis.
Meanwhile, Shokugeki No Soma OVA this year is a hot spring special. Spoilers revealed that the kids will go to a hot spring. At the inn, Isshiki and Megumi will have a table tennis match, while Soma and Kurokiba will continue with their battle. This time it is a fishing battle. Lastly, faithful to its ecchi nature, Nakiri Erina will have a sensual bath scene.
The third season of Japanese anime will be interesting and tell a lot of exciting. In addition, the new season viewers will get the answers to their questions and find the continuation of the story.
