"Minecraft Exploration Update" or Update 1.11, has finally arrived with more action and adventure. The latest version coming from Microsoft and Mojang introduces new and unique non-player character (NPC), locations, and llamas for transportation.
Minecraft has received several updates and expansions these past months. However, more focus was given to console and mobile versions up until the release of the current Update 1.11, which according to Venture Beat, is for PC version running on Java, and considerably the biggest patch since June.
This is considerably a great progress for "Minecraft," for features found in the "Exploration Update" is said to encourage players to explore more of the game and the latest "Minecraft" add-ons. Moreover, players should expect to meet new characters and venture into fresh territories.
The latest 'Minecraft Exploration Update" introduces a new NPC called the Cartographer, which could be of great help for players. Players seeking for bounty may ask this NPC for a treasure map in exchange of their spare emeralds. Upon receiving the map, players may find themselves exploring the mysterious Ocean Monuments patrolled by Guardians, or they may also seek more fun and adventure in the Woodland Mansions together with Villagers' creepy cousins- the Illager, according to Mojang.
However, getting the loot and other treasure from the new map is not that easy as players should be prepared for a fight against these Illagers that protect the place and the special treasure in it. If players are not that cautious and persistent, they may find some difficulties overcoming traps and new imp-like foes called Vexes.
Upon the completion of the task and adventure, players would also have to deal with llamas in order to carry their loot. Llamas serve as transporters of items which "Minecraft" now hosts. These creatures live on the mountain and maybe chests to store and carry items for you. And if you are lucky enough, you may also be able to take with you the Totem of Undying that come along with "Minecraft Exploration Update," which Mojang asserts could bring a character back from "the abyss of death itself."
