It is not unknown to many how Samsung faced their dilemma over the exploding Galaxy Note 7. Now, reports have surfaced that the Korean tech giant is planning to redeem the line-up's image by launching an all-strong Galaxy Note 8 in 2017.

Several speculations pointed out remarkable features that would come along with the next iteration of the Galaxy Note series. Despite this, Samsung has not officially announced anything regarding the said smartphone.

In a tweet early this November, reliable leaker Evan Blass revealed the company is skipping model numbers for the Galaxy S8, believing the number 4 implicates bad luck. But aside from this, the tech enthusiast revealed the electronics company is also working on a product with SM-N950 as its model number, Android Pit reported.

Although not directly confirming that it is indeed the Galaxy Note 8, the tweet has since been interpreted by fans as the sequel to the Galaxy Note 7. Although some people say the number 4 was skipped due to bad luck, the publication thinks it is a way for the company to start all over again after being badly hit with the Note 7 problems.

Since Samsung is planning to create a formidable follow-up to the Note series, several reports stated that the Note 8 will be more AI-driven, like how Apple incorporated Siri to the iPhone. Samsung Executive Vice President Rhee In-Jong has already confirmed that they have opened the refinement of their AI technology for other developers.

Aside from this, tech enthusiasts are guessing the Note 8 will be receiving a well-improved audio capability. The speculations came after an announcement that Samsung would be acquiring audio firm Harman in an $8-billion deal, PC Advisor reported.

Since Harman is known for its car audio products, the speculation may be as reliable as it can be especially that the company is the one behind premiere audio brands like JBL.
