Chapter 88 of Shingeki no Kyojin / Attack on Titan is going to massive. With all the revelations Hajime Isayama dropped in the last two chapters, it won't be surprising if he's up to something again in the upcoming issue. One thing is for sure here, Annie Leonhart will be making her presence felt once more.

Like Reiner Braun, Bertholt Hoover (Rest in Peace Bertholt) and Zeke, Annie is picked to be a warrior titan shifter by the Marley Government - the Eldian arch-nemesis - to infiltrate the walled city and retrieve the progenitor's titan power.
Annie is currently in her crystallized state after his Wall Sina showdown with the Rogue Titan Eren Yeager. However, after the brutal battle of Shiganshina and the uncovering of secrets in Dr. Yeager's basement, I can see Annie as the missing piece to finally solve the jigsaw puzzle. Thus, there's no doubt her appearance will happen sooner or later.
-Another reason why Annie has to come out of her shell is the fact that Braun and Zeke direly need her service more than ever. With the Colossal Titans now at the hands of the Survey Corps, particularly, the Warriors realize that they would need to have another titan on their side in this never-ending war of attrition.
The big question now is will Annie assume her role with the Warriors or her last fight with Eren allow her to see the light and realize the wicked teachings of the Marley. Either way, Annie will have a major impact in future battles to come.
-Lastly, the Armin-Annie romance should come to fruition. I am not kidding! I clearly understand Shingeki no Kyojin isn't your typical shonen manga where romance between characters could take place, but please Isayama inject some sense of humanity to your work. And what I mean is for you to finally create a situation where a character succumbs to irresistible call of love.
