Struggling contenders Everton FC (5-4-4, 19 points) and Manchester United FC (5-3-5, 20 points) are both looking to improve their performances in the 2016-2017 Premier League season. They face each other at the Goodison Park on Dec. 4, Sunday in a round 14 match.

Everton continues to struggle as the team had won only once in the last six rounds of competitions. The team has dropped to the seventh spot in the overall standings as a result, eight points above the bottom three relegation area.
The Toffees were nipped by middling side Southampton, 0-1, on the road at the St. Mary's Stadium last Sunday for their third loss in their last five games, as per the Telegraph.
English forward Charlie Austin scored in the first minute of the match before both teams held each other goalless until full-time to help the hosts pull off the upset victory.
It was the second time in their last three games that head coach Ronald's Koeman's squad was blanked in a game as resident striker Romelu Lukaku continues to struggle for goals this season.

The Red Devils are coming off a 1-1 tie with lowly squad West Ham United at the Old Trafford also last Sunday as the team cannot seem to win the games they are expected to win, the Independent reported.
West Ham forward Diafra Sakho netted the opening goal right in the second minute of the match with a header he won against Swede striker Zlatan Ibrahimović.
Ibrahimović answered back with his own header to level the count in the 21st minute off a lovely volley from teammate Paul Pogba.
It would be a close match as both sides are expected to continue to struggle finding goals.
