Current league leaders Chelsea FC (11-2-1, 34 points) is set to meet contending squad West Bromwich Albion FC (5-4-5, 20 points) at the Stamford Bridge on Sunday, Dec. 11 as the 2016-2017 Premier League season moves forward.

Chelsea is currently on an eight-game winning streak, lifting them to the top spot of the English top flight table. They are three points ahead of second-running team Arsenal and four points above third and fourth-place squads Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Blues are coming off a motivating 3-1 victory over fellow powerhouse team Manchester City on the road at the Etihad Stadium last Saturday, as per Daily Mail Online.
An own goal by Chelsea defender Gary Cahill broke the match's deadlock right at the stroke of halftime to give City the one-point lead at the break.
However, Spanish striker Diego Costa led a second half rally, equalizing the game in the hour mark with a stunning shot off the defense of Nicolas Otamendi and Claudio Bravo with the assist coming from teammate Cesc Fabregas.
Head coach Antonio Conte's side then took the lead in the 70th with a goal by Willian before Eden Hazard sealed the win with Chelsea's third goal in the 90th.
Meanwhile, West Brom pulled off a similar score on Watford, 3-1, at their home stadium of the Hawthorns also last Saturday, BBC Sport reported.
Unlike Chelsea, West Brom started strongly right off the kickoff with two first half goals from Jonny Evans and Chris Brunt in the 16th and 34th minutes respectively.
Watford trimmed the lead to a point when defender Christian Kabasele netted one in the 60th minute, but the Hornet took a bad break in the 84th when midfielder Roberto Pereyra was sent off after getting booked with a direct red card on a near melee.
Matt Phillips then sealed the win for the Baggies as they extended their unbeaten run to four games.
