It is only a few months left until "Game of Thrones" Season 7 premieres on HBO. With several spoilers, teasers and leaks surfacing online, it's only safe to assume that this season is going to be the biggest yet. Interestingly, there are rumors that the South Korean superstar Lee Min Ho will make a cameo appearance in the series' seventh run.
"Game of Thrones" Season 7 plot
According to a series of leaks that came out in November, "Game of Thrones" Season 7 sees an uneasy alliance between Cersei, Dany and Jon as the entire realm bands together against the White Walkers, The Daily Mail reported.
The White Walkers were featured heavily in the sixth season and it was evident then that they have grown stronger, more populous and are nearing the Wall.
Every key player will attend a meeting at the Dragon Pit in King's Landing to plan a strategy to defeat the White Walkers. And by everyone, we mean to include Cersei, Jon, Daenerys, Jorah, Tyrio, Varys, Euron, The Mountain, Qyburn, Missandei and The Hound. To strengthen his case, Jon presents an undead wight to prove that the Seven Kingdoms are very much in danger.
Jon Snow will struggle with the truth about his parents
Jon has always been known as Ned Stark's bastard son. However, "Game of Thrones" Season 6 played out the highly-popular theory about how Jon is actually the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, Ned's younger sister.
According to several theories, Daenerys will help break the truth to Jon once she arrives in Westeros. There is also a theory that Lord Varys will help Jon piece everything about his parentage. Varys was once the chief advisor of the Mad King and was formerly the Master of Whispers, so it is speculated that he knows about Jon's identity more than he appears to be. In his last conversations with Ned, it appeared that Varys knew about Jon's real parents.
"Game of Thrones" Season 7 Lee Min Ho cameo
Several South Korean stars have made it big in Hollywood such as Lee Byung Hun and Bae Doona. There are rumors that Lee Min Ho is the next one to make his big break in Tinseltown.
There are rumors that Lee would appear as a villain in "Game of Thrones" Season 7 and may face Kit Harington's Jon Snow.
Despite Lee's experience in fantasy-themed shows, it appears that the idea is too far-fetched. The actor is currently busy filming SBS' "The Legend of the Blue Sea" which also stars Jun Ji Hyun.
