"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" has one of the largest rosters of playable characters in any "Dragon Ball Z" game and even more are on the way. Bandai Namco has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming DLC Pack 1 and a free DLC pack, which include the new playable characters Cabba and Frost.
The paid DLC will launch for the PS4, Xbox One and PC via Steam on Dec. 20, Saiyan Island reported. It will include Frost and in his Final Form, which is similar to the Final Form of Frieza and Cooler. Frost was introduced in "Dragon Ball Super," the series that takes place after "Dragon Ball Z."
Cabba, also from "Dragon Ball Super," will be added as well and he will come with his Super Saiyan transformation. Hit has been added as a new master to learn techniques and more. Also included in DLC Pack 1 are five new attacks, 3 brand new Parallel Quests, 2 costumes, 2 emotes and 5 Super Souls.
As for the free DLC pack, Hit and Super Saiyan God Son Goku will be getting new Awakened Skills. The former will get a skill called Pure Progress and the latter will be getting the skill Kaioken Times 10. It will also feature 6 new costumes, 4 new attacks an evil Raid Quest revolving around Evil Yamcha.
Five new teachers are also added with the free DLC: Android 16, Bardock, Cooler, Future Gohan and Whis. These new teachers will also be introducing 20 new attacks. There will also be a new event called "Frieza's Siege," which sees Frieza and his army attacking Conton City.
According to Dual Shockers, Bandai Namco has four paid DLCs planned for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." The content of the remaining three paid DLC have yet to be revealed. It is also uncertain if Bandai Namco will be releasing free DLC packages with each paid DLC as they have for DLC Pack 1.
