Hoffenheim had a one-man advantage in the 41st minute when Die Borussen forward Marco Reus was sent off for a second yellow card.

Meanwhile, Werder Bremen extended their unbeaten run to four games as they held Cologne to a 1-1 draw at the Weserstadion last Saturday, ESPN reported.
Latvian forward Artjoms Rudnevs opened the scoring for Cologne in the 28th minute while Bremen striker Serge Gnabry leveled the count in the 40th minute to end the half tied at 1-1.
Both sides were not able to score in the second half as the teams salvaged the draw and a share of a point in the overall standings.
