There is next to nothing more heartwarming than seeing children who have spent time in foster care finally find a new family. A testament to this is how a post containing the photos of a 3-year old boy from Arizona, who was just recently adopted, has gone viral on social media.
Brown was formally adopted on Dec. 20 and now feels right at home with the people he calls his family. What is great about this is that he has found a loving family that will care for him just in time for the holiday season.
Michael Brown had spent 832 days in foster care, the Daily Mail reported. He was super shy at first when he was first interacting with his eventually foster family in the early months of 2015. However, he eventually began opening up to them and is extremely happy, as evidenced by the posted photographs.
Dezhianna "Dae" Brown took to Twitter to post the photos of his brother holding up a sign that says, "Some things are worth the wait." The post also contains a photo of Michael with his family in the courtroom posing after the adoption was finalized. Another photo shows Michael with Brown and another of his sisters.
Three days after being posted, Brown's post had garnered over 55,000 retweets as well as 140,000 likes, according to CBS News. Brown's post along with the photos of Michael have now also been shared to a great extent along various social media platforms.

"He's a lot more outgoing now and you can now see the personality in him," Dae told the Daily Mail. "Now when he sleeps with me, he'll roll over in the morning and get super close to my face and say, 'Dae, I so happy,'" she added.
Prior to being adopted, Michael's last name was already Brown just like his adoptive sisters. This has led his sisters to believe that Michael's adoption was meant to be. Brown's sisters have also played a tremendous part in the recovery of Michael who was first known to be sickly by helping him with his breathing treatments, ear drops, and medications, among other things.
