Jennifer Lopez is considered one of the world's sexiest female celebrities. At 47, she defies age by looking young, fit and gorgeous. She recently shared her beauty secret which sound simple but practical.
The singer-actress revealed that she stays out of the sun and credits clean living for her glowing skin. For her, clean living means no smoking, alcohol or caffeine. She also maintains a healthy diet, does meditation daily and gets plenty of sleep.
"Sleep is super important to me," Lopez told told Entertainment Tonight. "I learned that when I hit the wall early in my career and got sick."
Lopez realized her limit when one will fall down at a certain point. As a mother and artist, she admitted she cannot afford that to happen.
As for Lopez' age, she cannot believe how years passed as she feels she just started in the industry. The former "American Idol" judge did not overlook her eight-year-old twins, Maximilian David and Emme Maribel who are partly responsible for her young looks.
The mother of two admitted the kids keep her young and running around, plus she still needs to dance and perform. That helps her look youthful and in shape.
The "Shades of Blue" actress was spotted for the first time shopping in Beverly Hills after a photo of her and Canadian rapper Drake was posted on social media, Dail Mail reported. The photo showed both artists affectionately cuddling on a couch, seemingly confirming their dating rumors which have already been making rounds in tabloids.
The cuddling photo appeared in the Instagram accounts of both Lopez and Drake on Dec. 28, Wednesday. The songstress was the first to post the picture amidst reports that the rapper's ex-girlfriend, Rihanna unfollowed her on Instagram. The photo has her man romantically wrapping his hands around her neck while she nestled into his grasp with eyes closed.
Lopez and Drake are reportedly working on music together which makes others speculate that the dating rumors and the cuddling photo are for publicity. Nevertheless, both are said to be just enjoying each other's company.
