Chapter 851 of One Piece has some huge revelations regarding Pudding's Devil Fruit ability, the Vinsmoke Family Massacre plan, Brook's showdown with Big Mom, and the return of a trusted Strawhat Pirates ally.

Pudding - The True Master Plotter:
Charlotte Pudding admitted that she was the one who shot Reiju with her Candy Jacket, a firearm that can penetrate armored soldier and even that of Reiju's Iron body. She also revealed that she has been plotting to kill six members of the Vinsmoke Family during her wedding with Sanji. She never loved Sanji from the start, calling the Strawhat Pirate a failure.
Pudding continued to provoke Reiju by mimicking Sanji's injured face and doing all kinds of facial expressions. She can't wait to see Sanji's face while holding him at gunpoint.
Meanwhile, Sanji heard everything Pudding said. He tried to light up his cigarette but the heavy rain prevented him from doing so. He then dropped the bouquet of flowers and bento he was supposed to give to Charlotte Pudding before deciding to stand under the pouring rain. Sanji was extremely devastated.
Pudding's Devil Fruit Ability:
Pudding's devil fruit ability has been finally revealed. It's the Memo-Memo Devil Fruit allowing its user to alter the memory of other people. In Pudding's case, it allowed her to change the memory of Reiju, making her believe that she is a soldier hit wit stray bullet,
Pudding to Reiju "Your memory with me is no longer available. Let's have a good wedding tomorrow."
Brook vs. Big Mom.
Big Mom asked Brook why he keeps on standing and fighting for the copy of the Road Poneglyph instead of saving Sanji. Brook replied that there's no one capable of saving Sanji but himself, adding he will let his captain Luffy settle this particular business.
"Sanji-san is a kind person, so I thought he will never come back again. I'm not sure what kinds of trap you made for him, but Sanji-san won't stop once he decides to become a victim for someone since he is extremely gentle."
Whether Sanji returns to Strawhat Pirates or not, Brook stressed that he's determined to obtain the Poneglyph because it signifies victory.
Luffy's Escape and Jinbe Returns
Nami is getting more and more concerned with Luffy, whose arm is profusely bleeding from his hand. Opera came to ask for the whereabouts of Lola from Luffy and Nami, but the later refused. Luffy is visibly angry as he tries to get out of the trap. Out of the nowhere, a stranger came and struck Opera with 5 thousand-gawara Seiken!! It was Jenbe
