Rumors mills have been churning reports that "Dragon Ball Super" may end after Universal Survival Arc that starts in February 2017. However, a reputed source, Geekdom, has pointed facts why "Dragon Ball Super" will not end anytime soon.
Why "Dragon Ball Super" Ending After Universal Survival Arc is Nothing but a Rumor?
According to the latest video by YouTuber Geekdom, the creator of "Dragon Ball Super" and Fuji TV have no plans to end the anime series after the much-awaited Universal Survival Arc.
The video starts with Geekdom out rightly denying that the series is ending after the upcoming arc. He goes on to say, "there is evidence that proves that Dragon Ball Super will not be ending after this arc."
"Exhibit A, Shueisha just started the Dragon Ball story group, this is an indication that there will be more stories coming," Geekdom says in the video.
He states that "Dragon Ball Super" is quite popular in Japan and now getting dubbed in various other languages across the globe.
He adds that the term Universal Survival Arc sounds like the end or "finality" but it is not true and states that in the Maijin Buu saga they went extreme and people thought it was the end. But, the show went beyond that saga. It proves that "Dragon Ball" has the capability to go beyond what we see in the current arc.
Another crucial point is the business aspect, "Dragon Ball Super" have gained excellent ratings and is in the Top 10 anime list. The network is making money out of the show. Geekdom says that "Dragon Ball Super" will continue as long as it is making money and doing well. Until something catastrophic happens, "Dragon Ball Super" will not end.
