Incoming US president Donald Trump is one of the most polarizing figures, not only in politics, but also in popular culture in general. However, the same cannot be the said about the outgoing President of the United States (POTUS). President Obama is a well-loved figure across America and across the whole world, but after two terms, he will finally be bidding farewell with one final White House party.
President Obama and his family are currently spending their last two weeks in the White House as of writing this article. Despite this, they are looking to make the most of their remaining time there by inviting some of the biggest names in politics and show business for their goodbye party.
Among the names included in the guest list for this party are husband and wife Jay Z and Beyonce, who are also rumored to be performing at the party. Bruce Springsteen, Samuel L. Jackson, and Oprah Winfrey are also reportedly attending. Aside from these big names, Eddie Vedder, Paul McCartney, and Usher are also said to be attending, according to the Daily Mail.
In addition to this already star-studded list, it is being said that Stevie Wonder will also be attending and possibly performing as well. Chance the Rapper has practically already confirmed his attendance though after tweeting that he will be flying over to the nation's capital to celebrate this occasion.

Although these aforementioned stars alone have legions of followers of social media, the bash is planned to be highly private, as cellphones are not allowed and will be checked for at the door. Those hoping for a glimpse of the outgoing President before he is formally succeeded will be glad to know that he will head on over to Chicago on Jan. 10, 2017 to deliver a farewell address to his legions of loyal supporters.
There has yet to be an official announcement from the White House regarding this party as well as the people who have confirmed their attendance, the Washington Post reported. It is likely that they will release details about President Obama's final White House party near the last moment possible.
